TRUST. It's hard to put a price on that. Especially when it comes to likely your most expensive asset such as your home. Bottom line is I trust Chris Carroll. Chris has sold 7 homes for me over the past 5 or so years to include 5 homes in the past 18 months. All of these were done via long distance as the Army took me out of the state and indeed out of the country. My most recent sale closed May 2021 and was one where I received an unsolicited offer that sounded too good to be true. I ran it by Chris and he promised he could get a better price. I trusted him and within a week we had a cash offer for $15,000 more than the one I was going to accept! Chris is an expert in his craft and has always come through for me. I can't speak highly enough about his professionalism, character and frankly the results of trusting him with my business.

From beginning to end, Chris and Cindy did a great job for us! When my husband and I reached out to Chris (who I hadn't seen since high school!), we were across the country with a ambitious timeline, and Chris was on vacation. He was professional and responsive, and allowed buyers to bid up the selling price. He gave advice when I asked, but also discussed pros and cons of possible decisions.
